Shipping is not free for all orders, with the exception of jewelry* (see note below).

International Shipping:
A shipping fee according to the courier service provider will be applied to all international orders.
Please note: We do not ship jewelry items outside of India.

Trusted Delivery Partners: We use only reputable and reliable carriers such as DHL, Blue Dart, etc., to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Receiving Your Order:
> Ensure that you or a trusted individual is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
> Aikyatha is not responsible for packages that are returned or left unattended due to the non-availability of someone to accept delivery.
> As these may be high-value items, please pay careful attention to the delivery schedule.

Remote Location Delivery: If you live in a remote area or a location not serviced by standard couriers, please contact us with your full address and order details at [email protected].

We will arrange for a suitable delivery service, but please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas. We will inform you of any extra costs before dispatch.

 Domestic Taxes: Any applicable taxes for domestic shipments must be borne by the customer.

International Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customs clearance may be required depending on the destination country. Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Timelines:
Products will be shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
International delivery timelines are subject to delays due to transit, customs processing, and location accessibility.
The above timelines do not apply to 'made to order' or 'bespoke' items, which may have longer lead times based on the complexity of the order. Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and carrier information will be emailed to you.

Product Packaging and Acceptance:

All products are quality checked and packaged securely in tamper-evident packaging.
Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. Instead, take photos, refuse delivery, and return the package to the carrier.
If the package is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition.

Aikyatha insures all products against loss or theft during transit at no additional cost to you.
