What do I do if I received a Tampered box?
A:- If you think, you have received the product in a
bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery,
please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery

mentioning your Order ID.

Are the colors of the products shown on the
website accurate?
A:- Products on our website are handmade. We take
great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard
lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the
product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric,
dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your
monitor/mobile phone screen/laptop etc. and the actual product. However, since
these are mostly handloom products there could be very minor changes. And we
believe imperfection adds to the charm of handloom!

Will I get separate shipments if I buy 3-4
products or will it be in a single shipment?
A:- It will be done in single shipment.

6. What is the difference between Unstitches, Semi stitched and Ready made products?
A:- Unstitched: products are fabric
materials which can be stitched by the customer to your exact size.
Semi-stitched: products come half-stitched.
For example, semi-stitched lehengas have a blouse material but the skirt is
half-stitched. So, you will have to tailor it to your size.
Readymade products: are ready to wear
according to pre-set sizes like S, M, L, XL, etc

How do I know my order is confirm?
A:- Once your payment is authorized and your order is
completed, you will receive an email from AIKYATHA confirming the order
placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order
and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

Do you take orders over phone?
A:- Yes, call us at 901-988 (7064) to place order over
phone.

What can I do if I have ordered twice?
A:- In case you have placed your order twice and would
like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately at [email protected] . We would cancel one
of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used
when placing your order.

A:- For all cases of returns the customer will bear
the shipping charges along with custom duties.
17. Can I order a product if that is marked sold
out?
A:- The online collections are exclusive designs and
we have only one quantity of each. Once a product is sold out you can contact
