Returns & Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, exchanges are not possible.
  • Condition for Exchange: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Important Notes:
    • Color Variations: Colors may appear differently on your device due to screen settings. Contact our customer engagement team at 901-988-7064 for 'daylight' images if needed. Exchanges due to color perception are not accepted.
    • Blouse Length: Variations in blouse length may occur due to different weaving techniques. Measurements are provided online; if shopping in-store, please request a measurement before purchasing.
    • Non-Exchangeable Items: Jewellery, gift cards, coin collectibles, and saris with detached blouses or tassling are not eligible for exchange.
  • How to Initiate an Exchange:
    Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and let you know if it’s approved.
  • Return Shipping:
    Once your exchange is approved, ship the item to: Aikyatha, 29 3RD MAIN ROAD, Margosa Rd, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003
    You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any shipping, import duties, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
  • Additional Notes:
    • Aikyatha is not responsible for damage due to rain, stains, improper cleaning, or general wear and tear.
    • Exchanges or returns are not permitted for items with false and pico services or sari tassling/blouse detachment.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

·        Alternative Option:
If you are unable to find a suitable product for exchange, you may choose to hold the funds as store credit for a future purchase.
